unable to render paginated reports

Hi everyone

i am facing an issue with Power BI paginated reports. Some users can see the report and some cannot and view this error message? (viewers have a PBI free license). Any idea of the issue and how to solve it?

Hi Kat, I have not seen this error before.  I assume that the report is running on the PBI Service?  Can you post a screenshot of the 'Show technical details' link?

This may be related to your use of the database, if your database is cloud, your users are free can see the paginated report, if your database exists local, then only your local users can view, external users can not view, you need to see whether these users have access to the database.
