Helper Vunable to deactivate Gateway
Hello Community,
I'm not able to deactivate my gateway on my reports.
Im administrator on all reports and gateway.

First, my best wishes for 2019.
I had Microsoft for a Gateway issue that was fixed with a fix and I took the opportunity to ask how to disable the gateway.
And I was told that once activated, we could no longer disable it, just disable the scheduled refresh.

Hi Milozebre,
What's kind of data source are you using? Is the data source online data source? If it is, you should append the cloud data source to your on-premises data gateway. Please refer to this documentation to achieve more details: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-gateway-mashup-on-premises-cloud.
