unable to create powerbi login

Hi I am unable to create a powerbi login with my work email id. Or any other email id in the organization with the same domain name. Powerbi doesn't recognise it as work id. Any help on how to fix it...

himani Are you a .gov or restricted domain that is not currently supported? It's also possible that your IT department is controlling access.

No, Our domain is .com We are a 10 ppl start up right now, so no IT department :)

    Make sure "Individual Sign up" has been turned on. And you need to use the Office 365 ID to login. Your organization may use IDs to sign in to Office 365 that are different than your email address. For example, your email address might be [email protected] but your ID is [email protected].
