unable to connect to datasource

Hello Community,

I have a report in mode Direct Query based on a SAP Hana view, connected to on-premises gateway, it works before, now it shows an error tht I couldn't understand

Do you have an idea ?

Hi @Anonymous ,

1. Is it possible to connect to a data source and refresh it on the desktop?

2. Is the Privacy level on the Service the same as the Desktop setting?

3. Try removing the data source credential and re-adding it.

4. Check the gateway log for error messages. What version of the gateway are you using? Try installing and using the latest version of the gateway.
