ultimate variance chart looks different in Service than Desktop

Dear Community,

 

I'm using ultimate variance chart, the free edition.  In the Desktop version everything is fine. But this morning when I did publish to the Service, the Charts suddely look different than in the desktop version. Each Ultimate variance chart has the link to dataviz.com over it and the chart do show more data labels than I can see in the Desktop version. Can anyone explain me why this happens?

    Hi NicoleHecht,

     

    According to your description, it seems like you are using an unofficial custom visual which provide from other user.

     

    For your scenario, I haven't found any document mentioned about this, maybe you can try to contact to author to get more support.
