thousands of the same PDF with unstructured data

Does anyone if BI can replace Alteryx by filtering text responses and check boxes in a pdf by the thousands? Can someone demonstrate how this happens?

Power Query has a PDF connector but I think it needs structured data, i.e. predictable table structures, to be of any use:

It sounds like your PDFs are unstructured though so you might have better luck processing them via Power Apps's AI Builder first, saving the extracted data in Dataverse, and using that database as your Power BI data source:
