If you have a Pro license, open a support ticket, that's a tough one to troubleshoot.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
Greg_Deckler I'm a pro user, i'm unable to create a support ticket, some required fields such as "Problem Type" and "Category" are blank and I can't choose anything...when i try to submit it says i have to provide those.
Very very frustrating.
