text changes from dashboard not updated on app

Hi,

I have a text tile on a dashboard with some written commentary on the data that I keep updated. However when I make changes to the text box tile on the dashboard these changes are not being reflected on the dashboard within the app for the workspace. Any idea why this would be?

@Anonymous An App needs to be manually updated, so you need to republish any changes that you have made before they show up in the App. This provides you a layer between the "production" or shared version of the objects that you have in the App vs. sharing directly where any change you make is automatically seen by the end user.
