subscribe report delimiter

Hello,

I noticed a strange behavior in email subscibtion. I have in Power BI Service Report/Dashboard the right delimiter I want. For example 1.000 or 3,89 (Europe). When I use email subscription you get the report (in the email and as .png file) with changed delimiter 1,000 istead of 1.000 and 3.89 istead of 3,89. Possible to change this? And where?
