We're experiencing a dashboard issue where reports are stuck on 'loading' across Power BI service, app, and mobile platforms after 3 PM (UTC+8). After investigating, could this issue be related to a Power BI service problem?

We're also experiencing issues. We're getting "Capacity Limit Exceeded" even though we have nothing running. Must be a problem with the service.
