is anyone else encounters issues refresh their list on power bi today?

No, we have tons of SharePoint sources and have had no issues.
If you are using SharePoint as a source for the first time and you got your first failure check how the authentication is set up. If it is on a user account that requires MFA you are going to get a failure every month when it wants the user to re-authenticate.
