slicer single select option for single user

Hello all, 

I have a published dashboard which is working perfectly well for all of my users, except one. 

For just one of the slicers, in one of the tiles, instead of the standard multi-select option, she gets a single-select option. 

But, from what I've read, the single-select option is done at slicer level, not at user level. 

Any ideas?

Hi @AJPF 

There is no problem with your understanding, the single-selection option is done at the slicer level, not at the user level.

It may be that the browser's cache causes the display to be abnormal. Ask that user to log out, then clear the browser's cache, and then log in to the Service again.

Yes, slicer selection can not be limited based on user

Try resetting the report by using reset button from right top, sometimes it happens due to cache issue
