single users seeing different results on same report than others

We've had a couple incidents recently where a specific users see's different results than another user on a report tab.

1) We've tried clearing browser cache and restarting browser

2) In the latest case a recent change added a filter to the report.  Everyone but that users shows that filter being applied

3) In another recent case the problem was fixed by deleting the powerbi dataset and replacing it with a new one

 

All users are granted access to powerbi using a group

We currently have not implemented any row level security

This feels like some type of cacheing issue???

 

incident 1

a specific user can see only 1 row on a report all other users see all rows.

This case was  fixed by deleting and replacing the powerbi dataset

 

Incident 2

A filter was added to a report filter on a measure for values > 0

everyone but 1 users sees that filter.  the specific users see's all for that measure in the filter pane.

It was persistent filters.

It's likely caused by the automatic personal bookmarks. Have your user reset to default.
