shut down power Bi reports when security broken somehow.

Folks- how can shut down all the power bi reports of a workspace when security broken somehow. Appreciate if any help.

If so, I would suggest you Put them in different security groups or o365 groups, then add the group into workspace instead of add them one by one into workspace.

hi  @sbm 

I think the best way is remove all pepole from the appworkspace and remove all pepole in manage permissions.

@v-lili6-msft - is there any other way or quick solution, because it seems a tedious job to remove more than 100 of users from several groups and reassign?

Hi there

I would remove everyone from the App Workspace and App that has gotten access.

If you are using RLS, you can go into the Dataset, then click on Security and remove everyone in that list. That will stop the RLS from working.
