hi sbm
If so, I would suggest you Put them in different security groups or o365 groups, then add the group into workspace instead of add them one by one into workspace.

hi sbm
I think the best way is remove all pepole from the appworkspace and remove all pepole in manage permissions.

v-lili6-msft - is there any other way or quick solution, because it seems a tedious job to remove more than 100 of users from several groups and reassign?
Thank you for your help v-lili6-msft !!
