Hello,
I would like to create a dashboard where the tiles get refreshed dynamically. As in if the item pinned on dashboard is from October month, when it is November, the dashboard should dynamically change to reflect November month data. How can I achieve this?
Thanks,
Deeptha

Hi @Anonymous, another option would be is to create a Period Slicer, and this slicer would have a value which would be for the current month.
So if you refreshed your data daily, it would get today's date, and then apply the Current Month Slicer, so that as it moved over time, it would always select the current month?
You could realistically create a slicer for any period that would dynamically change.
I do have a blog post detailing how to complete this.Create Dynamic Periods for Fiscal or Calendar Dates in Power BI

HI @Anonymous
just use month to date (MTD) measures.
Regards.
Pavel
How do I use these on the Dashboard? I have used MTD at the report level
Just pin the visual with this metric to your dashboard.
