Hi all!
I wonder if you can help. I'm using the Free Powerbi service just for 60 days. Is it ok to screenshot a report I've made to then share it with others, for example or is that against Powerbi's rules and we would need a licence / to upgrade? I want to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong!
Thank you 🙂

Hi @emmat,
Of course you can share your screenshot of your reports to anyone you want. And I think you are a pro trail user like the picture as below. So you can share your report / dashboard to the users that have Power BI pro licenses. For more details, please check the online document.
Also you can share your report to users by “Publish to Web” if the option is enabled in Admin portal, you can have a check with the administrator. Even free users could use this function and there is no license required for the recipients by this way.

Frank
