sharing dashboards via MS Outlook DLs

I shared a dashboard with an Outlook DL and a member of that DL isn't able to access the dashboard. I'm not sure what the issue might be, can someone help me understand the cause of the issue?

    Hi v-sabenn,

    If your distribution lists is dynamic? If it is, we can't share the dashboard to dynamic distribution lists. Did the member of that DL receieve any notification email?
