share URL filter report

Hi All,

I had read article for filter URL as link below. I want to share my filter report.It is using this method need Pro account and user need to login?

Yes the user would need a Pro account, and would need to log into Power BI to view the report.

  Any other possible way to share the filter report for free user account other than using "Published to web"?

    Unfortunately not, unless you want to go to Power BI Premium?
