scheduled refresh fails due to missing credentials - on a web data source with anonymous authentica
Having issues with scheduled refresh.
The 'On demand' (i.e refresh now) works perfectly, the scheduled refresh fails due to missing credentials. All data sources are web, with anonymous authentication.
For some reason part of the url which includes several paramters are being dropped.

What you added the credentials for your data source, you would have done so at a specific point in time. Between that point in time and today, has any of the passwords changed?
An example of this, a lot of companies force users to change their password every 3 months. If you set up your connection to something like OneDrive using your organisations account, you would have stored the password at that point in time. When it comes time to change your password, the password that is stored is no longer correct.
To get around this problem, at our organisation, we have created a service account that has a static password. When i need to schedule refreshes, i grant access to that service account and use its credentials in Power BI online in the Refresh area where you click "Edit Credentials".
