Dear Community,
I have problem with adding two reports to an APP: these are called Performance Dashboard and Cost per parcel.
I have a workspace named X, and an APP in which I publish all reports from this workspace. I previously added all the other reports (see below), and I followed the same process for these two (they are already ticked in where the content selection takes place, I press update App, and... nothing happens. No error. But the App menu (last screen) does not show these two reports. I tried a couple of times on different days, and also user (to see if it made a difference that the original report owner does it- it did not help).
One of these reports is made from a dataflow but another one (Performance Dashboard) is made in desktop. I tried republishing it, and it has not helped.
Because there is no error message, it is hard for me to search for the root cause. Any ideas why this might be happening?
Thank you!
Lena

Hi - could it be that the report is marked as hidden (within the app settings) to the audience that is viewing it? With the new app experience (which it looks like you have enabled) you can include a report in an app, but hide it from certain audiences.
In your 2nd screenshot, I am guessing you've added the report via the "(2) Content" tab:
a. If so, on the "(3) Audience" tab, do the "Cost Per Parcel" and "Performance Dashboard" appear?
b. If so, do you have the option to toggle visibility (i.e., using icons like below)?
If a & b are both yes, then toggling that visibility from hidden to visible should fix it.
Please note that in step a above, an app can have multiple audiences so you will need to check which audience you belong to.
I hope that makes sense/helps!
Best wishes,
Matt
