report background changes color online

Hi,

Report a background color change at the time of publication (for some users). How can we fix this, that they will see the report as it is?

    There were 2 diffenrent versions of license that why it did not work. now it is ok.

    Anonymous , Create cache and try or republish/ clear cache and try.

      We tried to clean cache and it did not work, the report is still without background color.

    Hi Anonymous ,

    How did you set the report background, add images or set the color directly? And how did those users who cannot see the background visit this report, in the workspace or share by you? 

    Based on my test in my environment, the background works normally in either case. Could you please consider sharing a sample problem .pbix file for further discussion?
