report USER ACTIVITY for 12 months?
In powerBi, in the User Activity page > Teams> department selected> it's only showing my data for a single month (TimeFrame). How can I edit to show data for a year? Would like to show the increases or decreases over the last 12 months.

Currently this page doesn't show its trend.
You could download the data or use API to get data. Then use Power BI to show the increases or decreases over the last 12 months.
