Hi,
I used matrix table to display the text in the hierarchy way, to check the status of the data, but the text which is in the lower level is propagating in the upper level.

check the Options card of the Row headers section in the Formatting settings of the Matrix visual:
Make sure that the option Stepped layout is turned on.
