Helper Irefresh dataset from sharepoint file is updated
Hi guys, I need help with this, I have a power bi report, source is excel file from sharepoint, the company have one person who is responsibility for that report, that person dont have any license for power bi.
Wonder now how he can update the dataset that we have in power bi service when he made some updates in the excel file from sharepoint? He don't update the file frequency so the schedule refresh is not a optional, any suggestion?

yellowold5Hi, thank you for your reply but shedule refresh was not a option becuase he dont update the file frequently, just wanna know if there are anothe solution then flow?

Set up a Power Automate flow that automatically triggers to refresh the Power BI Dataset whenever the file is changed by the User
