recovery key

Can anyone help with a solution for the Recovery Key?  I inherited a position in our company and the previous person set up the gateway but unfortunately, didn't document the recovery key.

 

Is there a way to recover it?

    Cathryn I'm not aware of any way to find/retrieve a gateway recovery key. From my understanding you will need to spin up another gateway and re-create all the datasources from the existing one. This may also require re-deploying your datasets/reports.

    Hi, 

     

    I am in same situation.   Did you get a chance to recover it?

      No, I haven't found any other way other than recreating it.
