"dataflow invalid due to following validation error" when removing an entity

I have a similar error message.

I have a working dataflow I can correctly refresh.

I wanted to remove an entity, but when I save the dataflow the following error occurs...

Dataflow invalid due to following validation error: 'Name length of 'Attribute' is incorrect. Name length: '0'. Minimum allowed length: '1'. Maximum allowed length: '256''

I have 15 entities and absolutely no idea which entity would cause the issue

Any help would be appreciated

I have tested on my side and it works well. Please clear your browser cache and try it again.
