First time I encountered this, can't create a new data source since the database name is a required field but pbi is showing.
Usually, the db name is already detected, but for this case it is null so i can't create the data source . Please help. Thank you

this answer doesn't help at all when the database is null.
thank you but it won't accept any entry in the database name since it is null
