"Power BI Log Analytics for Analysis Services Engine" app has disappeared

There used to be a template app called "Power BI Log Analytics for Analysis Services Engine" available at this link: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-NZ/product/power-bi/pbi_pcmm.powerbiloganalyticsforasengine. However, it is no longer available.

An alternative app on GitHub (https://github.com/microsoft/PowerBI-LogAnalytics-Template-Reports) requires more permissions and does not function properly.
Is there another way to install or obtain the "Power BI Log Analytics for Analysis Services Engine" app?
