"Home page" on power BI and API to access meta information on workspaces

Since we have a large number of workspaces and reports, users want a nice landing page to navigate to different places. Wondering what are the available options to create a "home page" which can link multiple workspaces, reports and dashboards using only Power BI service features.

My second question is administration related - is there an easy way to list all the workspaces I own, which datasets they contain, which reports and possibly URL of the reports, what are their refresh schedules, who have permissions etc. using any automated API call? Administering workspaces is proving to be quite tedious.
