"GatewayName" is configured correctly but is unreachable due to local network connectivity problems

When I open my "On-premises data gateway” and sign into it, I get the below error.

And all my datasets are failing with the below error.

Please kindly help me in troubleshooting this issue.

Edit:

I was searching for similar issues across internet. Some of them suggested to upgrade the OPDG to the latest version. But upgrading the OPDG didn't work too.

Did your Gateway worked before without any issues. Gateway is registered in Service before and you can see this gateway (not running at the moment)?
After update to July 2023 version gateway is broken?

Hi @avinaash

Your gateway will need to have access to the internet.

Once that is done also check the network settings on your gateway should be set to use HTTPS mode as shown below.

Once that is done it should then work.

Hi @GilbertQ ,
Thanks for the reply.
I just checked.
1. The gateway has access to the internet.
2.  The gateway is alreaduy set to use HTTPS mode.

Hi @sergej_og

From your screenshot it says that the Gateway cannot connect to the Internet. Could you make sure that the Power BI Service account is running as a Local System account?
