"Failed to publish app" error when trying to share externally

Hello,

We have a PowerBI app that is configured so we can share externally. We have been sharing successfully for several months now. We are needing to share to additional external emails but keep getting a "Failed to publish app" error message.

These email addresses are slightly different in that they end in "@us.domain.com", rather than the usual "@domain.com". Does anyone know if this would cause the error?

We have tested sharing to "normal" email addresses after receiving the error and are able to do so successfully.

To further illustrate, we are trying to share to an email like "john.smith@us.company.com" and receiving the error.

I'm weirdly getting this same issue as well in one of my workspaces. Unsure if maybe something more is going on.
