Hello,
I'm using a Microsoft account with Office 365 A1 Plus for students provided by my univeristy. I'm still trying out the Pro version of Power BI and since my trial expires in 5 days a message appeared on the Power BI service home screen supposedly allowing me to extend my free trial. I enter the information it requests in the form but when I click on the "Extend my free trial" button nothing happens (I've tried in 3 different browsers already). Here's a screenshot of the message and form:
Please let me know if you could assist me with this or redirect me to the correct forum, thank you!
I cannot open a Power BI support ticket since it says I'm not subscribed to Power BI Pro.

Hi, @Catalicious
1. When the 60-day trial expires, your license reverts back to the previous version, either free or Pro. After your trial license reverts, you no longer have access to features that require a Power BI Premium Per User license. this license will not automatically renew.
2. If you want to keep benefits of a free licence after these 60 days, you need to contact your administrator or IT Help Desk about purchasing an upgrade.
You can refer to the following link to know more about the license.

I have the same issue - I can't understand why the button would appear if it's not possible to extend? and/or a reply would state that it's not possible to extend etc. The fact that there's no response makes it seem like there's a bug in the page/browser etc...?

Hi @v-zhangti - are you saying that the offer to extend the free trial is not valid? I just experienced the same thing - button wouldn't work.
Same here, I have the option to extend trial, but the button does not work.
