"Error fetching data for visual" showing for only one person on one visual

I am having an issue where a user is getting the error "Error fetching data for this visual", but its only one person getting this message, and they are getting all the other data in the report.  There is just one visual that shows this.  There is no data that is in the problem visual that is not elsewhere in the report.  Basically, this is not an access problem, it is only affecting one user, and only on one visualization with data that they can see elsewhere.  I have no clue what is causing this, any ideas?

You can run the query for that faulty visual in DAX Studio to check its query plan and service timings.

Might be worth trying any of these:

Connect in incognito tab of the browser

Try a different browser

Logging in with your account on their computer

Clearing the browser cookies/cache

Try without using RLS

Use their account on your computer

I recommended trying incognito mode and clearing cache.  I might try logging in with my account, going to see if clearing cache works first.
