I have my dataflow and I sould like to set Enhanced compute engine settings to On but if I try to go on Settings this option is disabled.
Can anybody tell me how come?
Thank you
Solved! Go to Solution.
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to set the "Enhanced Compute Engine Settings" option.
In order of likelyhood these are:-
1) Your dataflow is not on a Premium Capacity or PPU Workspace.
2) You are on a Premium Capacity lower than A3
3) You are on the WABI-INDIA-CENTRAL-A-PRIMARY Power BI Cluster
4) There are a few other edge cases with Direct Query and Composite/Mixed models
See : Premium features of dataflows - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
Check these items over and you'll probably have your answer.
Hope this helps

I encountered the same issue after purchasing PPU license.
Go to `Workspace Settings` and update the workspace to be based on PPU. It will be limited only to users with PPU license.

Assume that the only limit is to change the capacity of dataflow to PPU then can it be possible to connect this dataflow in DQ mode from semantic model stored in a PRO capacity workspace?
