Hello,
A member of my organization who is a registered Pro user receives this error when she tries to view the dashboard I shared:
"Couldn't retrieve the data for this visual. Please try again later."
Why is this occurring? We are both Pro users at the same organization.
Thanks.
I have the exact same issue described below. I have shared a dashboard with a colleague and he is unable to load any visuals on his side. We are both on the same domain, both hold PowerBI Pro licenses, both have access to the same data sources (not that I would have thought this to be necessary). On my side I can edit the report (I created it), add new visuals etc. It contains text, numbers and dates. We have both also just updated our versions of PowerBI desktop to the July release and the problem persists.
Hi @Daisy253,
How about using different web browers to view the shared dashboard?
I am not able to reproduce this issue in my side, could you please describe more details about your scenario? We need to know that the data source of your dashboard, the data type of columns in the data source and if the data source contains any measures or functions. Also can you successfully refresh the relevant dataset or create new visuals using the dataset?
Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
