Hello,
I have some reports published on the App. Me and some of the users, sometimes (not always) face issue opening the reports.
In the loading screen, it says "Almost done", which keeps running indefinitely. So far the solution for us has been to close and open the reports again and hope it works. Would anyone know why we might be facing this issue and if there are any fixes?
Much appreciated
I remember that there was an issue with "Almost Done" long back.
It won't load the report and after few seconds it will show "almost done", to avoid that we need to refresh the browser. Then it will load the report.

@venal Refreshing the browser doesn't seem to be helping us. 😞
Are there any other solutions?
I would like to suggest you to raise a support ticket to investigate the issue.
Once you raise a ticket, please share the same here for reference.
If you have any other queries, please let us know.
Thank You,
Venal.
HI @rijulnegi ,
Current I haven't found any effect solitons to prevent this scenario.
I think this should related to your data center service region where you host power bi datasets, maybe you can trace these operations requests when this issue appears and submit a support ticket with traced sessions and logs to help power bi team to find out detail reasons.

Xiaoxin Sheng
HI @rijulnegi ,
I'd like to suggest you use fiddler to trace publish operation to confirm if any HTTP request send/received failed.
