question about license for real-time updated dashboard

Dear Team,

I have a real-time dashboard (almost real-time, as it updates every 5 seconds) in Power BI Desktop. I need to publish it to Power BI Service and have it automatically refresh every 5 seconds. If I purchase a Fabric F4 license, will I have this functionality enabled when I assign it to a workspace?

Hi @RSSILVA_22 

Yes, we're using an F-4 licence. This should work. Just remember that every other user who views the report will need a power BI Pro licence.

Hi,

SKUs smaller than F64 require a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User license for each user consuming Power BI content. Content in workspaces on F64 or larger Fabric capacities is available for users with a Free license if they have viewer role on the workspace.

There are only a few users here, 81. It still pays to have the individual Power bi premium license per user.
The question is whether with a smaller F4 license I can have a panel that updates itself without the user having to refresh the page.
