publishing desktop to online: refresh data changes

Hi There,

 

Something very strange is happening. I have created a pbix on desktop and when i upload it to the web it works fine and numbers are the same as in the desktop. If I refresh the pbix online after 5 mins of which no major changes have taken place so the data should remain the same some data disappears. 

Need Help

    Need more information, what kinds of data source are you using? Is there any change in your raw data?

    I'm encountering this issue as well. Recently, my data changes after 5-15 minutes after publishing to online. My datasource are csv files containing invoice transactions. I've updated the reports via Desktop for results through 7/31/2022 and published. I can view the published report online and can confirm the 7/31/2022 date. After a few minutes, clicking refresh or reset, the data will restate to 7/29/2022.

     

    I had a simliar issue previosly and removed some historical data (prior to 2021) to make the file size smaller. It helped for a few weeks however this issue is happening again now.

     

    Any help is appreciated!
