'publish to web' option

1)Is it possible to restrict the 'publish to web' option on a per user basis?  2)  when i turn off the pubish to web option in admin portal the content which is already published is not available be...

Hi VJ

 

Unfortunately it is currently tentant wide. So it is either enabled for everyone in the organization or for no one.

 

I do know that it is in the works to change this so that you can enable or disable this per groups of users. But it is not there yet.
