publish to the web disable

The option to publish to the web is not appearing for me, I have a free account and I am the administrator of the company, I have already checked the options of the administrator and the publication on the web is enabled, but the button to publish on the web does not appear. Has there been a change in policies from power bi to freee accounts?

Resolved, the place of publication on the web changed places.

No change in Policies, you can still Publish with a free account. Uninstall the version and reinstall the new version and see how it works out for you

I think I expressed myself badly, it is this option that is not appearing to me, even though I am the administrator of the company and with the options of publishing on the web enabled.
