publish to power bi service is not refreshing

I have a report that gets data from dropbox on a daily basis, updates, applies queries and updates the report.  This report was designed on a desktop and published to powerbi services online for the rest of the team to subscribe.  This worked great for 5 weeks now on a daily basis.

Today, though the dataset got refreshed, the powerbi service report is not updating even when I manually did the refresh.  I also manually updated the dataset on powerbi service.  Checked the gateway.  All good.  I even updated the report from my desktop which is the latest to publish to bi service.  The report on powerbi.com does not update.  I have done this twice already.  That is re-publishing from the desktop to powerbi service.  No luck.

Have you checked the refresh history?What was telling?

Hi @v-kelly-msft 

The refresh says it is completed.  In troubleshooting this, I figured out that it was the Gateway that was causing this.  I uninstalled that reinstalled it on a different computer and it is working now.
