protocol between the gateway and the databases

HI,

I will need some information please, on the connection protocol between the gateway and the databases (SQL server, oracle)
can you tell me which protocol is used? (I illustrated my question with a diagram)

Hey @Anonymous ,

that depends on the data source. If it's a local web service that only supports HTTP it will be HTTP, with a local web service that supports HTTPS it will be HTTPS, with a SQL Server it will most likely be TCP/IP.
