problem when publishing my report

Hi everyone,
this is a new problem that i am facing, last month everything was normal, i use to publish my report normally.
now whenever i want to publish my report i get this window poped up and can't do anything.
i use the same data sources and didn't changed anything
what could be the problem?

    looks like the workspace has a description on the end(right side) that it is deleted. Check with your Workspace Admin or Power BI Administrator to see status of the workspace.

    i could bypass this probem by saving the report and instead of publishing it just upload it and replace the old one in my workspace
