Impactful Individualpremium license
i need to convert some existing SSRS reports to power BI paginated reports , do i need premium license? i need to send those reports in excel and pdf formats as email attachments as well

this is from microsoft documentation stating that you can do it with Pro License.
- With a Power BI Pro license or a PPU license, you can publish paginated reports to other workspaces. You also need at least a contributor role in the workspace.

powerbiexpert22Idrissshatila . this is for deployment of report on workspace, not for sending paginated reports as email attachment in excel and pdf formats

if you want to send by email this needs to be done through power automate, it's not related to a license.
