powerpoint version 2304 not loading power bi embedded report

Based on my research on the pre-requirement for the feature "Embed live page in Power Point", this may be because the Office build and/or Windows edition on your device don't meet minimum requirements. The minimum system requirements are as follows:

 

• Office version
  • If you have a Microsoft 365 Office subscription: Build number 16.0.13530.20424 or later.
  • If you have a non-subscription version of Office: Office 2021 or later.
  • Windows version
    • If you have a Microsoft 365 Office subscription: Windows 8.1, Windows 10, or Windows 11.
    • If you have a non-subscription version of Office: Windows 10 and above.
      
      You should check and make sure them first, if you truely meet some limitations and your local environment didn't allow you to make some changes to adjust to the suitable environment, you may consider using the "Add-ins" feature for the PowerPoint for web product, it will also allow you to successfully using the the feature "Embed live page in Power Point" without any environment requirement:PowerPoint | Microsoft 365
