powered personal gateway is free ?

Hi everyone,

it's not clear for me if personal gateway is free or does i need a powerbi pro for schedule (1 by day) ?

 

Because, i have installed the personal gateway, publish a report, but if i wan't to see my dashboard, he says that i need a powerbi pro account (??)
