powerBI reports embedded in access forms (using the Web Browser tool)

I understand the proposal, I will study it and I certainly value it as correct; but in my case it is a simple desktop application developed in VBA Access and I know from videos on the internet (pej: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evzahD3l_Sk&list=PLOun5pnkji3iSJpTRgTEUjDVAquqTi4kl&index=7 minute from: 56:40 to: 58:15) that you can embed PowerBI reports directly in the forms with the native Access tool called "Web Browser Control", or with the "Microsoft Web Browser" of the ActiveX controls of the same application. It's these tools that aren't working with PowerBI URLs.

Question: Will the answer procedure (which apparently is for Web applications) apply to desktop developments as well? If so, I will study it and follow it in detail because it seems to have its advantages (although it will certainly take me a long time to achieve it).
