power bi was unable to read the application metadata

Hi,

Today morning our users ran into this error message attempting to login to powerbi.microsoft.com --

Technical Details

Power BI was unable to read the application metadata.

Please check the PowerBI service status in the below support page and try again later.

Is this due to any outage ? Or something we need to debug, I could not find anything on the forum regarding this error.

hi, @gsenthilanand

Please clear browser cache then access the Power BI service again. Or you can press Ctrl +F5 to refresh browser page to test again.

Also please check if the issue only happen to yourself or all users in your organization.

Best Regards,

Lin
