power bi service
Hello everyone!
I'm struggling to understand how I should proceed. I have an employee who built some dashboards within a certain (premium) workspace. As he's leaving the company, I need to grant continuity of all the reports and do the handover to the new him. Some sources are in OneDrive for business, but his user will disappear as soon as he leaves the company. My questions are:
* If the new him is an external user of the domain, can he upload .pbix files to the service so that refreshment runs automatically?
* Does the link to which the web source of .pbix connects change, if the owner of the OneDrive for Business folder changes?
* Shoud we move the whole folder with the data sources to the new user? or can we keep the old one? can the owner of the folder be changed?
* Which are the best practices in a case like this, to ensure continuity of the reports?

The only way i could think of is to provide all the datasource access /Worskspace access and change the datasource setting in Pbix and republish all the filesHope it resolves your issue? Please consider accepting it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.

I forgot to add: can he upload .pbix files to the service FROM ONEDRIVE? does he need licence to OneDrive as well? I don't want him to upload anything from local, just from onedrive. Thks!!
